The Party- Part 1

The Birthday Cake!
Theme: Gnomes and Woodland Creatures
Party inspiration: Birthday dress found on etsy.com
The Cake: A three tiered masterpiece made by a friend of a friend, with final decorations by mommy
The partial party spread- We had bbq sandwiches, squirrel shaped deli sandwiches, hedgehog cheeseball, chips and dips, leaf shaped tortilla crisps with salsa, baked beans, drinks, etc!
The Birthday Girl! Outfit Number 1!
We had to hold the cake so that Lila could see it and blow out her candles!
She LOVED the cake....but she wasn't so interested in eating it! She was SO happy, and just kept patting it and kissing it. I finally broke a chunk off for her, but she just wasn't all that interested in eating it. I think I messed up by letting her eat a good lunch right before the cake. She was just full!
